Ms. Luke joined James A. Connors Associates, Inc. in 2009 as a personal lines account executive after spending three years with The Chadler Group in Fairfield, New Jersey as a personal lines customer service representative. During her two years at James A. Connors Associates, Inc. Ms. Luke has displayed a dedicated intensity for serving customers and building new business.
Prior to joining The Chadler Group, Ms. Luke served as a personal lines customer service representative, and later as a commercial lines customer service representative at Wachovia Insurance Services in Wayne, New Jersey. While at Wachovia, Ms. Luke expanded her knowledge of the industry by earning her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.
Ms Luke entered the insurance industry in 1994 as a part-time file clerk at Arthur J. Gallagher & Company, Inc. in Wayne, New Jersey. Ms. Luke worked toward acquiring her property and casualty insurance license and became a full-time personal lines customer service representative for Gallagher.
In 1998, Ms. Luke moved to the Charles F. Hahn Agency in Clifton, New Jersey, also serving as a personal lines customer service representative where she honed her customer service skills.
Ms. Luke attended the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts in Newark, New Jersey prior to raising her family. A life-long resident of Woodland Park, New Jersey, Ms. Luke still resides there with her husband. They enjoy their dogs and cats, vintage movies, camping, entertaining with family and friends and spoiling her grandson.
