Christopher Karol

Mr. Karol has been in the insurance industry since 1984. His thirty years of experience include all areas of the industry: sales; marketing; client services; surety; claims; loss control; and, risk management. His background includes working with a very diverse client base that has ranged from the healthcare industry, to manufacturing/distribution, real estate, warehousing, transportation, contracting, and the service industry.

He has also been active in performing extensive risk management due diligence for many of his major clients. He focuses on claim management, exposure analysis, market negotiation and program design while taking the time necessary to research and understand the clients’ business. This is accomplished while working closely with the owners, key decision makers and insurance carriers to ensure the client receives the best risk management program available.

Prior to joining James A. Connors Associates, Inc. as outsourced risk manager, Mr. Karol spent ten years as a commercial lines producer for Henry O. Baker Insurance in Dover, New Jersey. His client base included construction companies, real estate companies, manufacturing and distribution companies, and financial service companies.

Before joining Henry O. Baker Insurance, Mr. Karol spent eight years as a commercial lines producer for Traber & Vreeland in Randolph, New Jersey. During his tenure, from 1996 to 2004, he was responsible for new business production.

He also served as a commercial lines producer for Improved Insurance Coverage in Morris Plains, New Jersey and Philip Lehman Company in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Mr. Karol graduated from William Patterson University in 1983 with a BA in Business.

He and his family reside in Randolph, New Jersey and he is an avid golfer.
