Mr. Cecere joined James A. Connors Associates, Inc., Morristown, New Jersey in 2011. He is an award-winning insurance producer with sixteen years of highly-successful experience in both commercial and personal lines account development and management.
After receiving his Bachelor of Art Degree in Communications from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey in 1994, Mr. Cecere immediately began his insurance career with Fleet Insurance Services (formerly Meeker Sharkey) in Cranford, New Jersey where he achieved three annual awards as Top Producer. While at Fleet Insurance Services, he not only solicited and managed a combined book of commercial and personal lines of business, but also cross-sold employee benefits and life insurance. During this period he expanded his non-resident licenses to include New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
Mr. Cecere became a middle market commercial lines producer with Marsh Advantage America in Morristown, New Jersey in 2002. In the course of his time at Marsh Advantage America he received national sales recognition with the parent company, Marsh USA.
Seeking a position in sales management in 2006, Mr. Cecere joined Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Madison, New Jersey as assistant vice president of sales where he affected an account retention rate of over 90% and again expanded his non-resident licenses to include California, Florida and Georgia.
With proven accomplishments in new business development, client retention and sales team building Mr. Cecere expanded his commercial lines production with The Hamilton Group in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey in late 2009.
In September of 2015, Craig was promoted to Branch Manager in the Edison Office.
Mr. Cecere has resided in Hackettstown, New Jersey with his wife and daughter for the past twelve years. He enjoys the occasional round of golf when the weather permits and heads to the ski slopes in the winter.
