Elaine Martin, CISR, AAI

Ms. Martin joined James A. Connors Associates in 2004 as a commercial lines account executive where she manages and services small, midsize and large accounts while working with commercial lines producers. She handles all inside service work associated with the clients’ insurance programs including: endorsements; coverage questions; problem solving; renewal control; and, checking and processing policies.

Prior to joining Connors Associates, Ms. Martin was an account manager for Business Insurance Services in Randolph, New Jersey where, among other administrative duties, she coordinated client/producer activities and maintained client data in the agency management system.

From 1998 to 2003 Ms. Martin was a financial administrator for Acosta Sales & Marketing Company in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Her first position in the insurance industry was as administrative assistant to the president of ABR Insurance Consultants, Inc. in Glen Rock, New Jersey beginning in 1995. Being expert at what she does has always been a priority for Ms. Martin.

She attended the Berkley College of Business in Woodland Park, New Jersey where she studied business management, received her insurance license from the Fairfield School of Business in Fairfield, New Jersey in 2004 and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from the Alliance for Insurance Education & Research in 2010. More recently Ms. Martin expanded her insurance knowledge by acquiring her Accredited Advisor of Insurance designation (AAI). Only insurance professionals with in-depth insurance knowledge and a strong focus on customer service have completed the requirements for this designation.

Ms. Martin is a resident of Randolph, New Jersey and enjoys photography, travel and exercising.
