Mr. D’Alessandro has been in the insurance industry since 2010. He is a graduate of Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds a M.A. degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. John received his insurance license from the American School of Business in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Following graduation, Mr. D’Alessandro joined AT&T in Parsippany, New Jersey as an Account Representative where he learned the skills for providing superior customer service. John’s 16-year career at AT&T led to a move to AT&T Headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and provided increased responsibilities including: International Business Marketing; Traffic Management; Consumer Marketing; and Business Services.

In an effort to gain experience in the field of sales, Mr. D’Alessandro joined Cablevision in Oakland, New Jersey as a Commercial Account Executive where he attained the highest sales honor by receiving the Presidents Club Award.

Since joining James A. Connors Associates, Inc., Mr. D’Alessandro has focused his sales efforts on the commercial and personal insurance lines for small to medium-sized businesses. John has focused his efforts on the small to medium-sized businesses where his personalized service and attention to detail have been recognized by his clients.

Mr. D’Alessandro is a resident of Morristown, New Jersey. When not engaged in the sale of insurance, Mr. D’Alessandro enjoys working out, visiting the New Jersey Shore, traveling and the occasional round of golf.
