Kathleen Pierce
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Ms. Pierce has spent twenty years in the insurance industry. She joined James A. Connors Associates, Inc. in 2002.
As an account executive, she spends her day interacting with customers, providing responses to inquiries about obtaining coverage, handling and resolving and issues and building long-term relationships.
She began her career with Ambassador Insurance Agency in Parsippany, New Jersey in 1980 as an administrative assistant. While there she attended the American School of Business in Sparta, New Jersey and received her insurance license in 1981. Following her almost ten years at Ambassador Insurance Agency, Ms. Pierce joined The Turner Group, an independent insurance agency, in Parsippany, New Jersey as a commercial lines customer service representative.
Ms. Pierce is a resident of Franklin, New Jersey where she enjoys cooking, music, and the art scene.
