Lucyna Gryczynska

Ms. Gryczynska joined James A. Connors Associates, Inc. in 2011 as an account executive focusing on commercial lines business.

She began her career as a receptionist for the John J. Fallon Insurance Agency in East Brunswick, New Jersey in 1997. It was soon recognized that Ms. Gryczynska’s professional demeanor was well suited for the industry. She was encouraged to seek her insurance license and after attending the Atlantic School of Business, Inc. in Piscataway, New Jersey she received her insurance producer license in 1998 and became a customer service representative.

In 2000 Ms. Gryczynska moved to City Line Insurance, Inc. in North Brunswick, New Jersey as an account manger focusing on personal lines business. Seeking to improve her business acumen, she attended Middlesex County College in Edison, New Jersey and in 2005 received an Associate in Accounting degree. That same year Ms. Gryczynska joined The Stephens Company in Sayreville, New Jersey as a personal lines manager where she quoted insurance premiums, underwrote and bound new personal lines accounts and managed daily office activity. After three years with The Stephens Company, Ms. Gryczynska left the industry to raise her family.

James A. Connors Associates, Inc. is fortunate that Ms. Gryczynska decided that it was time for her to reenter the industry.

Ms. Gryczynska is a resident of Sayreville, New Jersey. She is fluent in English and Polish and enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, reading and most of all volunteering as a second grade teacher for the Julian Niemcewicz Supplementary Polish School in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
