Office Manager, Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
Ms. Hoffman joined the Horton Fine Agency division of James A. Connors Associates, Inc. in Califon, New Jersey in 2002 as a receptionist. Her interest in the industry led her to acquiring her insurance license from the ARC School of Insurance in Denville, New Jersey the following year which led to her becoming a customer service representative handling both commercial and personal lines of business.
Her dedication to detail coupled with her overall knowledge of the industry led her to be promoted to office co-manager in 2013 and branch manager in 2021. In addition to her increased responsibilities, Ms. Hoffman also continues to handle all inside service work associated with her personal lines clients’ insurance programs and all Califon commercial lines clients.
Prior to joining James A. Connors Associates, Inc. Ms. Hoffman was a receptionist for Groendyke Associates, an independent insurance company, in Califon, New Jersey.
Before joining the insurance industry, and taking time off to raise her family, Ms. Hoffman worked as an office manager for the Lexus Automobile Dealership in Bound Brook, New Jersey.
Ms. Hoffman is very active in her community of Califon, New Jersey. She volunteers with the Califon Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary holding various positions, currently and for the past few years as president, and is the coordinator for the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign.
Ms. Hoffman’s leisure activities include enjoying her family, camping, being at the beach and photography.
