Ms. Scelzo is an account executive focusing on personal lines customer service.
Ms. Scelzo joined James A. Connors Associates, Inc. in 2013 as a receptionist. During her tenure as receptionist, Ms. Scelzo displayed a dedicated work ethic and intensity for serving customers’ needs. This dedication was recognized by management and led to her acquiring her insurance license by attending American School of Business in Fairfield, New Jersey.
Prior to joining James A. Connors Associates, Inc., Ms. Scelzo served as a customer service representative and receptionist for a large salon in Parsippany, New Jersey. While there, among other duties, she scheduled appointments and focused on customer relations.
Ms. Scelzo also attends County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey.
She is a resident of Boonton, New Jersey and enjoys having fun with her children, the New Jersey Shore and working out.
