I just wanted to say a little something about David at the Horton/Fine Insurance Agency (Division of James A. Connors Associates). A few years back my wife and I had the opportunity to purchase the building that our office is located in. Well in our obvious excitement to buy our building and move into the home above the office, we forgot that we needed insurance at closing. There we sat at closing and this would have messed up the deal that day so we contacted the owner's insurance man and he continued the coverage.

When that policy came due a year later I had David do a review of my policy. He found that we had coverage on the office but not on our home and the rest of the building. He also had a figure for flood insurance, which was required as part of the mortgage, of $3,600/year. I told him that we do not get flooded when the rest of the town does and he said to get a flood elevation certificate. Well it turns out that flood stage is 159.5 feet and I sit at almost 162 feet. I was out of the flood zone and this saved and continues to save me $2,300 every year. Thank you to James Connors Associates and their wonderful staff. They are very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I am pleased to call them my insurance specialists.

I am writing to let you know how incredible Andrea has been in working with us on our recent and not-so-recent insurance needs and travails.
